First Weekend of Ontario Cup in the Books
VAUGHAN, June 3, 2015 – It’s that time of year again folks! The Ontario Cup is back in action and will be going all summer, until the end of September! The competition’s opening matches took place this past weekend featuring Second Round games in the Under 18 Boys and Under 21 Men’s divisions.
These age divisions, on both the male and female side, get an early start in the Ontario Cup. With many of the athletes competing in these divisions playing for college and university teams, the Ontario Cup for U-18s and U-21s both starts and ends earlier than the rest, to ensure all of the players make it back to school in time for their respective training camps.
